As an avid motorcyclist and fan of technology, I was glad to bring these two topics together.<\/p>\n<p>During the segment on the Wills &#038; Snyder Show in the Morning, Bill Wills and I discussed Bluetooth wireless headsets like those from <a href=\"http:\/\/sena.com\/\">Sena<\/a>. Great for music and calls on the go.<\/p>\n<p>We also talked about specialized standalone GPS units for motorcycle from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.garmin.com\/en-US\/explore\/ontheroad\/\">Garmin<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tomtom.com\/en_us\/products\/customised-navigation\/motorbike-rider-series\/tomtom-rider\/\">TomTom<\/a> vs smartphone apps like <a href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\">Google Maps<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.waze.com\/\">Waze<\/a><\/p>\n<p>For those looking to add safety to their ride, the <a href=\"https:\/\/eatsleepride.com\/c\/16089\/crashlight_frequently_asked_questions_faq\">CrashLight<\/a> feature of the <a href=\"http:\/\/app.eatsleepride.com\">EatSleepRIDE app<\/a> can alert friends and family if there&#8217;s been a crash. The app also ties into the motorcyclist social network provided at <a href=\"http:\/\/eatsleepride.com\">EatSleepRIDE.com<\/a> where riders can post photos, favorite routes and write reviews of motorcycle products.
