I have no idea of the source of this video, but the sight of a dog leaning out of truck that’s not only missing a wheel, but being chased by police, made me stop and re-watch this clip three times.

I read somewhere a few years ago this took place somewhere in Indiana. No idea why the guy was running though, maybe the dog was stolen.
