Less Halloween celebrations?

It’s weird, but it seems like you see less and less outward celebrations of Halloween around these parts. Less decorated houses, for example or more kids going to “halloween parties” than trick or treating throught the neighborhood, as another.

It seems like local grade schools have stopped the usual “come into school dressed up” day and now have nothing more than construction paper pumkins on the windows.

Maybe it just cuts into Christmas decoration time, which seems to start on November 1st around here, especially in the retail arena.

Jon Stewart vs. Crossfire

The Daily Show’s host completely rips into both sides of political talk show punditry, and continues to prove that a comedy show based around fake news turns out to be the best source for real journalism in today’s media.

If you agree with what Stewart says during his appearance, I encourage you to leave feedback on Crossfire’s website saying so.
